The Canterbury London Irish 5 Nations Minis Festival



NEWS FLASH
For those of you travelling by car on Sunday morning please note that there is a Charity Cycle starting at Kempton Park (1000 participants) at 9am so the local roads will be very busy.
As we are sharing the parking facility with the cyclists at Kempton can everyone plan to get parked at Kempton before 9am as there will be delays. Breakfast will be available from a number of stalls inside the London Irish grounds from 8.30.
Once you have parked, proceed very carefully with your children to the pedestrian crossing to cross over the A308 to gain entry to the Avenue.
Our Parking Stewards will be on hand to assist you with directions etc
PARKING (open from 7am)
Car Parking
No parking will be available at the London Irish Sunbury Ground. All Festival parking will be provided by Kempton Park Race Course and adjacent facilities. The designated entrances are on the A308 Staines Road West and Park Road. Marshals will be on hand to direct you to overflow parking facilities if required, and direct you to the Sunbury ground which is a ten-minute walk from Kempton Park. Out of consideration to residents in the immediate area please do NOT park in adjacent roads. The police are likely to remove any cars that cause an obstruction for emergency vehicles or are blocking residents’ driveways.
Coach Parking
If arriving by coach please use the designated coach park in the grounds of St Pauls Catholic College; the entrance to which is Manor Lane

KIT DROP OFF POINT
We have allocated 2 kit drop off points close to the playing areas to allow visitors to drop off heavy items. All car parking will be as set out above.
For Under 12s, Under 8s and Under 7s the drop off point is opposite the main London Irish gate on the Avenue.
For Under 11s, Under 10s and Under 9s the drop off point is outside the gates of St Pauls School on Manor Lane.
